About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources team during a busy period. This temporary role is ideal for someone who is organized, enjoys working with people, and can handle a variety of administrative tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department
  • Assist with onboarding tasks, including preparing new hire paperwork and scheduling orientations
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
  • Support recruitment activities such as job postings, interview scheduling, and applicant communication
  • Help coordinate training sessions, meetings, and HR events
  • Assist with processing employment changes, documentation, and compliance-related tasks
  • Respond to routine HR inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in HR, administrative support, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

HR Administrative Assistant (Temporary Contract - 3-6 Months)

Location: Pasadena, CA (On-site)
Schedule: Monday-Friday/ 8:00am-5:00pm
Contract Length: 3-6 months
Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate- $21-25hr
